Teaching
* Starting May 2024, I will be taking an undetermined hiatus from teaching as I pursue my Master’s Degree at Kansas State University. *
I teach:

All levels & ages, beginning to advanced.

$25 for a 30 minute lesson
$50 for 60 minutes

Collaboration & Accompaniment
I have 30 years of piano collaboration and accompaniment experience!
I have used my skills to accompany choirs, musicals, ensembles, and soloists (vocal and instrumental) in both a professional and volunteer setting.

Current fees:

30 minute rehearsal: $25

Performance (1-3 songs): $25

Full Recital (3 or more songs): $50 per hour

Solo & Ensemble (high school students): $50 (includes 2 rehearsals and performance)

College Juries (vocal or instrumental): $75 (includes 2 rehearsals and performance)

I am currently employed by USD 383 as an accompanist and choral assistant for the Manhattan High School choral program as well as a graduate student piano collaborator for the vocal department at Kansas State University.
Performing
I am available to perform for weddings, memorials, corporate events, house concerts, parties, etc.

I have been a member of MTNA (Music Teachers National Association), KMTA (Kansas Music Teachers Association), and MAMTA (Manhattan Area Music Teachers Association). This membership gave my students access to local competitions, performances, and focused preparation for KMTA Music Progressions each spring. I am currently not a member as I pursue my graduate degree.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies with a minor in Music from Brigham Young University.
I am currently pursuing a Master's in Music degree at Kansas State University.
